Return and Exchange Policy:

Sea Crossing guarantees total satisfaction on our products to
our customers and is flexible on our return and refund policy.
However, there are a few instances in which the products may
not be returnable or refundable. These are as follow:

-Discounted and bargain items.
-Items purchased over 30 days from the date of the original
receipt.
-Items damaged as a result of improper cleaning, caring, or
handling.

The best way to arrange for an exchange is to contact our staff
who will give you proper exchanging instructions. Every
exchange scenario is different and there may be times when
we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items
back to us.

For refunds, we will issue you a full refund of the value of your
returned merchandise. You will pay for the returned shipping
charges.

Order Modification and Cancellation:

You may modify or cancel an order prior to shipping by
contacting our Customer Service Department. Please include
your order number on all correspondence so we can process
your order quickly and accurately. We cannot process a
cancellation for items that have been shipped.

Order Processing:

You will receive a notification email immediately after your
order has been placed. In-stock items are usually shipped the
next business day. If for any reason we can not fulfill your
order within this time frame, you will receive an email from us
within 2 to 5 business days to inform you of your order status.

Payment and Billing:

Sea Crossing accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express, and PayPal. If you choose PayPal payment method,
we will send you an email with instruction on how to complete
your transaction. Your account will not be billed until your
order is shipped.
